The hotel was spotless with genuinely helpful staff members. Booked a room with space to breathe. The location was convenient and amazing for Independence, really close to restaurants and shopping centers, the mall and tons of restaurants, and the stadium.

The bed was like a cloud, and the shower had perfect pressure! The roomy setup.

But good luck finding extra pillows. I think they deployed them to a secret mission. And don't get me started on the hair from somewhere furry-very 'nature-inspired' decor!

The bed was comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep after a long day. The breakfast spread was excellent, particularly the fresh orange juice and the options like waffles and cheese omelets. Customer service left much to be desired, as issues with the bed went unresolved despite repeated requests. The lack of a proactive solution when problems arose diminished the overall experience.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with fried eggs and biscuits that amazed everyone. We also loved the comfy beds that ensured we all got a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, quiet and safe.

My children wished the pool was open .

The location was great as it was close to downtown, and the staff was friendly. After the pool closed, we were allowed to enjoy it privately, a lovely gesture. The fitness center was a plus too.
